This mini retreat will include meditation, movement, group sharing and connection, a winter walk, catered lunch, journaling and reflection, breath practices, and restorative yoga with massage. Pretty much everything you need to leave you feeling refreshed, rested, and focused for the year to come.
Winter is the time of year to turn our attention inwards and nurture ourselves through warm and grounding practices.
