​Cancellation Policy
A $500 trip retainer is required at time of registration. Trip retainers are refundable until 120 days before departure - before November 1, 2024. Less than 120 days before departure trip retainers are 100% non refundable. Any cancellation made between December 1, 2024 and Jan 1, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price, excluting the $500 retainer. Any cancellation made between: Jan 2, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (*if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is STRONGLY recommended whenever making travel plans. We suggest you use Travel Guard Insurance online, as you can choose from several policy options.
This cancellation policy is firm therefore please do NOT make any travel arrangements until you receive your registration confirmation from Meg!

Your Flights
Please plan to arrive at Dublin Interntional Airport (DUB), Dublin, Ireland on March 1, 2025. Check-in at Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport is after 2PM. They have a shuttle running every 30 minutes, 24-hours per day and will allow you to leave your luggage before check-in if you want to explore Dublin. Reminder: meals are not included on this day.

Please plan your departing international flight back to your home country from Dublin Interntional Airport (DUB) Dublin, Ireland on Monday, March 10, 2025 at any time. IF you need to leave on Sunday, March 9, please do not schedule your flight before 6PM. Reminder, dinner on March 9 is not included. Breakfast on the 10th is!

You may plan to arrive early or depart later from Ireland for more adventures at your own expense and arrangement. If you are coming early, plan to meet at the Clayton Hotel at 11AM on Sunday, March 2, 2025 OR schedule your own transportation to Sligo planning to arrive no later than 5pm. We will supply the address and directions if necessary.
COVID-19 Policy​
Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
The best way to avoid ruining your trip once is to wear an N95 mask in the airports while you are traveling to Ireland!!
At the time of this writing (October, 2024), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you should make sure you have several masks with you just in case!
We will be providing N-95 masks in case you forget. We also ask that you bring a couple of rapid Covid tests please.
If you’re concerned about rooming with someone who has made a different vaccination choice than you, please let us know your needs in the pre-event forms and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
