Referral to Medical Provider 

As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of your Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) experience, a licensed medical provider must assess and approve your suitability for ketamine treatment. This ensures that the medication is both safe and appropriate for your individual needs.

The Process:

  1. Initial Screening by Us:
    When you register for the KAP retreat, you will complete a pre-screening questionnaire provided by our team. This allows us to understand your mental health history, current medications, and any potential contraindications.

  2. Referral to Medical Provider:
    After our initial review, we will refer you to a licensed medical provider who specializes in prescribing ketamine. This provider will:

    • Review your medical and psychiatric history.

    • Determine if ketamine is a safe and appropriate option for you.

    • Issue a prescription for the ketamine to be used during the retreat if you are deemed eligible.

  3. Medical Consultation:
    You will have a consultation with the medical provider virually. This consultation is essential to address any medical concerns, answer your questions, and confirm the prescription.

  4. Filling the Prescription:
    Once approved, the provider will send your prescription to a trusted pharmacy. You will either receive the medication directly or it will be delivered to the retreat location.

​*Cancellation Policy

A $200 trip retainer is required at time of consultation with Meg, if we mutually decide this is an appropriate group for you. Retreat retainers are refundable until 120 days before departure - before October 9, 2024. Less than 120 days before departure trip retainers are 100% non refundable.

Any cancellation made between October 10 and November 10, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price, excluding the $200 retainer.

Any cancellation made between: November 11 and retreat day will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum of 4 (*if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).​

The cost of the day retreat after December 12, 2024 is $525.

COVID-19 Policy​

Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.

The best way to avoid ruining your trip once is to wear an N95 mask in the airports while you are traveling to Ireland!!

At the time of this writing (October, 2024), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you should make sure you have several masks with you just in case!

We will be providing N-95 masks in case you forget. We also ask that you bring a couple of rapid Covid tests please.

If you’re concerned about rooming with someone who has made a different vaccination choice than you, please let us know your needs in the pre-event forms and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
